    Frequently Asked Questions

    • Each week we will have a live coaching call.
      • The loose format will be:
        • 20 minutes – informational on the topic of the week
        • 40 minutes – group engagements around the topic and coaching
        • The final 30 minutes (optional) – open room community discussions on any topic.

    All calls are recorded with AI Summaries and will be available on the Grit, Grace & Guts Community Page.

    • This is the community space created exclusively for the GGG program. Your group as well, as the other time slot groups, will have access to this community.
      • In the community space you will find:
        • Events – zoom call links for each week
        • Group Program – materials and information for each week
        • Docs – Recorded Calls & additional general resources
        • Feed – Community chats, announcements, etc.

    • Additional one on one Coaching is always an option
      • One time or as needed Coaching – $100 session
      • Three add on sessions (1 per month) – $240 3 sessions
      • Biweekly add on sessions (2 per month) – $400 6 sessions
