Coaching sessions are conducted both in person for those local and online via Zoom conferencing platform, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients worldwide.

What is coaching?

Coaching is NOT therapy. We will be focusing on today and your future creating concrete ways to move forward, making small incremental changes to live the life that you desire.

What commitment is required?

A commitment to coaching requires regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies in daily life for optimal results. You can expect accountability without judgement.

How much does the coaching cost?

My coaching fees vary based on the needs of the client and the commitment period. I do not offer pre packaged programs. I work with each client to tailor a coaching agreement that clearly lays out expectations and cost. To do that we have to have a conversation. Let’s talk.

How do I start with the coaching process?

To start with the coaching process, call me. We will schedule a 90 minute coaching session where we will discuss your goals, challenges and needs as well as answer any questions. Then we will craft a coaching agreement if coaching is a good fit for you.

You’ll recognize the effectiveness of coaching through observable changes: increased clarity in decision-making, a shift in perception of challenges, heightened confidence, and progress toward your goals.
